Spy planes? Sure, we agree unconditionally

At least to the same level of "unconditionally" that we have been cooperating with UN inspectors for the last 12 years.

I don't think Saddam knows the meaning of the word unconditional cause he sure attached conditions. If we put up the spy planes, we know where they are and are unlikely to shoot down a spy plane while shooting at a legitimate target.
